1. Delivery Policy: Delivery takes 2–5 business days. The delivery charge is NPR 100 per kilogram within Kathmandu Valley and NPR 110–280 per kilogram outside the valley, depending on the location and weight.

2. Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash on delivery and online QR payment, which can be made either during checkout or upon delivery. Payment confirmations will be eligible once the Chino Pasal team verifies them.

3. Product Use: Products do not come with any usage caution or safety instructions, and there are no expiry dates unless specifically mentioned.

4. Warranty and Guarantee: There is no warranty or guarantee on any products sold through Chinopasal.

5. Country of Manufacture: All products are proudly made in Nepal by Mastakala Crafts and Creative Krafts.

6. Return Policy: Returns are only accepted on the same day of delivery and only if the product is not as per the order. In such cases, we offer an exchange.

7. Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled on the same day they are placed.

8. Post-Sale Conditions: There are no post-sale service obligations or conditions beyond the stated return and cancellation policies.
